Worst place I’ve ever been to! it was dirty, very rude to me and my family also only one person was doing all the work while the other worker was lazily walking around in the back and it’s very outdated.to make it even worse they made my sandwich wrong and they wouldn’t correct it!I won’t be coming back
I was at my practice today when I thought if herting subway so I went out at 8:50 AM to get a sandwich and they weren't open , which they supposed to be open
The guys working here are always friendly and do a great job. Its a good subway

Great chicken chopped salad. Generous portion of chicken and fresh lettuce and veggies. The one in Palos Park on 131st snd Lagrange Ave is very clean and has friendly staff. Small seating area but probably does a good take out.

Food just ok, but tell them everything on it, and you have keep telling them that over and over. Everything means all the fixins.Sandwiches hardly has enough meat on them, cause they load them up with other things like lettuce, green peppers, and other condiments. Sandwiches getting worst. Should Will try other Subways to see if they are different.
Came here 2 weeks ago on a Sunday for 3 sandwiches before a boat trip with 30 friends. I arrived at 9am when they opened, but nobody was there. 9:05, 9:10 still nothing, finally at 9:15 the owners show up with no apology. I've been waiting outside for FIFTEEN minutes and they can't even look at me nor apologize - maybe they don't speak English!!?? I just walked away and went to another Subway because I am not about to wait 20 to 30 more minutes for them to get organized and set up. This is the closest Subway to my house and they just lost my business.
Unfortunately, they made the sandwiches incorrectly. When I asked them to correct this, the discourteous man took the incorrect sandwiches apart, saving most of the ingredients for the next customer, and remade them. All the time the discourteous man (Jay) was berating me for not knowing how to order online. At the end of the transaction the discourteous man told me to never order from there online, but to call on the phone. I prefer not to do that as I am hearing impaired and that makes communication more difficult. Summary: Wrong sandwiches, illegal reuse of non-refrigerated ingredients, extreme rudeness. They could give me a dozen sandwiches, I will never go back, and I live nearby.
Initially made sandwiches wrong. Sandwiches were set aside for customer pickup (non refrigerated) When I asked about correct cheese and if it had been toasted, they berated me for not ordering that. I pointed it out that I did order it that way on the order they received. they took the sandwiches apart, saving the cheese, etc.for future customers, and reassembled the sandwich. All the while they were telling me I did not know how to order on line. They continued to argue saying it was my fault, even though it was printed in writing what they should do. They finally told me I should not order on line again, I should call. However, my hearing impairment means I don't prefer to use the phone. One of the other customers asked why I put up with the loud, rude employee. I just shrugged as I needed the sandwiches for my grandson, but I didn't buy my own lunch there. I live in the area, and I will never go back. Summary: Rude, insulting, and improper reuse of food (illegal). Please do not go to this Subway.
Good food! The waitress with the hazel eyes is a wonderful addition to the store as well. ;-)
