Waiting for a bit because no one was paying attention as we stood at the register patiently waiting, then took forever to get order because the forget to make it. Food was not worth it. Arby's has gone down hill so bad.. BK so much better tasting and service better. This is last time, no more giving them another chance. You need to revamp and start with better managers.

This is the best Arby's in Raleigh County, WV. It really puts all of the other ones to shame. The staff was extremely courteous and my food was hot and crispy - like it should be. I notice a lot of the other ones pre make everything and it is not fresh at all. This one makes everything fresh and it is so appreciated and enjoyed. Thank you.

My husband and I stopped here after work we ordered a nuggets combo large with a coke and a turkey and Swiss combo large with a chocolate shake they said our total was $20.33 we drive to the window and the guy repeats the order and says so you guys had the two beef and cheddars and chicken tenders we were like sorry no we had the turkey and Swiss and nuggets he said okay your total is $35.16 we figured the lady just gave us the wrong price so we were like okay he said pull around to the back door and we’ll bring your food out. While we waited I looked at the receipt and noticed the guy charged us for the beef and cheddars and the tenders plus our turkey and Swiss and nuggets the lady came out and noticed the mistake and got my card and refunded it brought our food out which was fine but they still forgot the drinks :( I figured maybe she refunded that amount as well but no we still ordered combos she only refunded the beef and cheddars and tenders what a mess I hope this doesn’t happen often.. The food itself wasn’t too bad but I don’t think I’ll be back at this particular location.
