I have never been to a place of business with a staff that even comes close to being as friendly as the one at this establishment. I have the most wonderful experience every time I visit. If you have never been, you MUST go. You’re guaranteed to walk out smiling. I had to call the manager to compliment her on her amazing staff before leaving.

Walked in and was greeted not wearing a masks. 7 people served without masks in front of me. My order is taken and teady but then manager pops up and says not accepting pmt. Been here using restroom, stanfing in line 10 min, maintaining distance, people standing around no masks. Left with mo food. Drive thru is not acceptable given how I had already been served but pmt refused unless I go thru drive thru. Realize you have protected no one at this point and shaming a customer to prove a point is unprofessional. Either you require them or you don't. You just lost business from that silent majority of 600 women (not men) who are sharing which restaurants are professional about it or not. We are purposely supporting those with no mask rules or those who are at least kind enough to say drive thru only before standing inside, ordering food, and using restroom. Business is booming for those folks. You are on the bad list.

We went to Culver's tonight to get some concrete custards. Since moving to Spring Hill Culver's has been one of our favorite spots for a quick and delicious meal. Sadly tonight after we order at the drive thru we sat for about 10 mins and watched everyone after us get their dessert. Finally we waved someone down to let them know we haven't received anything and have been waiting for awhile and all the cars behind us have gotten their's and left. Another couple mins go by and more cars leaving and we received ours but they were melted. It was disappointing especially considering that the custards are about $5 each.

Please check your hamburgers to be sure they are cooked thoroughly. By the time I checked my child’s cheeseburger he had taken a bite and it was not cooked inside. I have uploaded a picture to show this.

First time to eat at any Culver's. Food was delicious and the custard was tasty. We tried several burgers, chicken tenders, fries, and onion rings. The service was friendly and prompt and the restaurant was super clean. We will definitely be back in the future!

Had my first double butter burger with cheese today and it was great and was just under $10 for the value meal with fries and a drink. More importantly, the lady working the drive thru and young lady delivering the food to my car had great positive attitudes. Note this visit was during the virus shut-down and the dining area was closed. Glad Culver's is providing ongoing employment.
