Drive up person said they were manager dropped the fbomb when asked about coupons.do yourself a favor don't go here.there are much better places to go in Pierre than here.management needs to be overhauled.language needs to be cleaned up.

Can't really go wrong with Arby's. The food was good, my jalapeño poppers were a little cool in the middle, but it wasn't a big deal. I got the roast beef sandwich, and was immensely satisfied. The meat was a little thicker cut than most Arby's I've been to, and held the packets of Arby's sauce I drenched it in quite nicely. Will return if I'm back in the area for work!

Were out of beef and chocolate shakes somehow. On a Saturday. At noon. The cashier was also insistent on spelling my name correctly, but why is that necessary? Just put something in so you can pronounce it correctly later!

I didn’t even want to give one star.The staff was loud mouth, trash mouth and rude.The signature fish sandwich was out till Thursday. No straws and haven’t had any since October.Ordered curly fries and got cold crinkle fries. When I asked about the fries and they said “well that’s what the order said”.

?? Tonight y'all informed me that I can't have the red sauce (or ANYTHING) left OFF of beef-n-cheddars on the 2 for $6 menu. A request that has ALWAYS been granted before without comment.
Does leaving the red sauce off cause it to take any extra time to make my order? Nope.
Does leaving the red sauce off cost y'all a SINGLE CENT more in food cost? Of course not, you're actually SAVING a penny or two on each sandwich.
Not sure how this change makes any sense whatsoever - other than trying to get me to pay almost $3 more per sandwich to leave an item off - but I do know the frequency of my patronage is going to decline SIGNIFICANTLY.
Not cool, Arby's. Not cool at all. ??
