Unremarkable quality and service. Construction/design of interior has not changed since the 80's. Burgers tasted as if there were cooked and kept warm hours ago, as evinced by the wilted hot lettuce. Altoghet sloppy apoearance. Prices are competitive, but quality is lacking. Staff seem both unwelcoming and detached from any interest in serving customers. I cannot not imagine any benefit in passing a McDonalds or Wendys to get to this Burger King. Oddly, I had a similar experience at the other Burger King on Reservoir Avenue in Cranston. It is my opinion that Wendy's serves the best quality for the price, and the staff at Wendy's is always polite and professional.

They're open for inside dining. We went to the drive thru. Typical fast food, tasty junk. As always, they forgot an order...thankfully we were in the parking lot still and got that rectified.

Today this place cured my hangover. There was a long line in the drive thru, that they managed to swing through in just a few minutes. My food made the way I like it. They were being safe, wearing all their PPE and were pleasant at the window. This location has been around for years and years. It's always a good experience.

Normally very good service and excellent quality. Today however, apparently was an off day. The hash browns were quite salty, and a coffee ordered black came to me with both cream and sugar, light and sweet. Not sure how someone could confuse the two.

This Burger King got all the orders wrong. They gave no straws and the manger got mad at us for the food being wrong when it was all there fault! They need to step up there game and the quality of there food when your food is wrong the manger or employee should take the food back and give what you ordered.
