After 3 years in Murrysville I can say that this Chipotle gets worse and worse. The bowls are just half full, the chips get less and less (Moe's doesn't even charge for them), their cheese squeaks on the teeth when you chew, and their quesadillas also get smaller. Disappointed to say the least.Make yourself a favor and go to Moe's.

I attempted to order chips in the restaurant and was told that they are only available for online orders. There was a sky high pile of chips behind the counter so I genuinely thought the employee was joking. Also, the location was dirty and the customer in front of me was not greeted for about five minutes while four staff members worked behind the counter. I was really surprised at how subpar it was. Granted, I haven’t been to a Chipotle for years but this was pretty bad. Add insult to injury that it was $25 for two burritos that were not big (with no chips to soften the blow).

A little late on this... but late January I ordered Chipotle on Doordash for pick up... I accidentally picked this location and drove to Monroeville. After figuring out my mistake and being 20min behind I called the Murrysville location and asked if my order could be remade, even though it was my fault. I can't remember her name but although I could tell she didn't want to... she remade my order so it was fresh when I picked it up 15min later! I tried to tip but she declined. Great customer service, highly appreciated. I don't frequent this location but as a former food employee and pregnant lady this was super courteous. ?

Worst restaurant ever. The employees where very rude. The Mangager was yelling at the young kids who work there. It was so dirty and nasty. From the tables to the floor to the drink fountains and restrooms. The counter they where working on was dirty so where their gloves. I got sick from eating here. I will never go back. Avoid this place at all cost.

Ordered 2 salad bowls for pickup. Order was ready on time, BUT after getting back with the order and opening them up. One of the bowls was piled to the top the other half empty. Just because you order less ingredients does mean it shouldn't be full of what you ordered!! A few of the ingredients weren't even in there. This isn't the first time this has happened from this location. So unless you are in front of them while making it, online buyers beware!

Not a horrible but certainly unsatisfying. The shop was supposed to be closing at 10. I went in at 9:20pm. They were out of pinto beans and steak and medium salsa. When asked they said they do not have it. When asked whether I can dine in they said we are closing now. And the hand gesture indicated to get out?. At least that’s what I thought. All chairs were turned upside down. Never saw this before closing time in last 10 years. Hoping the management will look into it.

3 times in the last 2 weeks that we went to this location and they are out of EVERYTHING . Sour cream, cheese , guac , queso, chips, vegetables, protein . After 7 pm all 3 times and it says they close at 10pm . And it is so clear the staff there just wants to close early. And the kid was rude about it .For such a large great company this location is not so great .
