Although the food was quickly made and was delicious as per usual, I usually get 2 sides of chicken and one cheese because ur allowed 3 sides. I asked for another chicken because it was online order only and I got yelled at saying I didn’t order an extra chicken. Thing is u can’t with a build your own ?‍♂️

Huge Shoutout to Miriam for making this one the best experiences I’ve had! Unfortunately they were short handed and she came from a store a couple hours away to help and she was super helpful and very hardworking. My mobile app wasn’t working and through the chaos of everyone; she took the time to help us order. Extremely grateful for her and hopefully she gets the recognition she deserves!

The food is good,has a kick to it, and they have so much to eat! The people there are very nice. They have very very very good service. Sometimes they don't have some toppings but that is normally later in the day when people go. The decor is very nice and I love the aesthetic they went for.

Horrible, please run to a neighboring location. Never on time. Always incorrect. Significantly understaffed. Never gets better over time, only worse. Normal wait time for an app order is 1 to 2 hours. Unable to get a refund from chipotle headquarters, only redirect you without resolution. Yelp should give the ability to rate with negative stars.

I stopped in 02/27/23, Lebanon location, around 5:00pm, I was the only customer although people were picking up takeout. The worker acted bothered that I was there. I ordered a salad and a burrito bowl with brown rice, and the worker replied, "we don't got no brown rice!" Then I asked for both beans, which she added, then I asked for veggies, to which she replied, "we don't got know veggies!" No offer to make them while I wait. Then a lady who seemed like a manager can up and asked what the problem was and I said there is no brown rice and no veggies! She looked at me like "take it or leave it lady!" No explanation just shrugged her shoulders and turned away! I should have turned away too but I continued and they had the rest of the items I wanted. I usually love Chipotle but I will not be returning to this one!

While being the only customer , there are 5 staff on duty , all the tables are dirty , floor needs to be swept , 3 trash bins are all full . If they were busy I'd fully understand but the 5 staff members are having a great chat . Restaurant is dirty in the seating area and staff don't care ! Makes me wonder if they care if food is prepared properly. I won't be coming here again . This is the second time in a month I have experienced the same issue !!!!!!

Very disappointed. Went to get something to eat yesterday. Restaurant was open but when we went to order were told only online. First there should be a large note on the front door. Second, as we were there my companion took a look at the foods. We left. The items were all mixed up, ie pieces of cheese, meats etc in other containers. For someone with a food allergy this could pose a very dangerous problem with cross contamination as well as actual direct ingestion of the allergen. The restaurant itself was dirty. Lots of food remnants on tabletops and the floor.

Shortly after ordering, one of the employees said that they would be taking “online orders only”. I don’t really understand the purpose of this, but they turned away almost 20 customers while we were sitting there. They did not appear to be under staffed or rushed. The employees wandered around and stared at their phones while in the kitchen. I watched one of the girls go on her phone and then immediately touch food, gross! Not very impressed.
