I enjoy coming to chipotle every once in a while. The flavor never disappoints. It is an expensive place to eat at, so be prepared. The bowl I got was 14$ and compared to other places portion sizes, that was small for that, but if you don't mind spending money, definitely come here! We ate outside and it was a beautiful day! Had a good experience.

This location has gone downhill since its first year. Don't order online, because staff misses parts of orders and seem to run out of supplies. Staff also not trained well. One kid had to remake my burrito because he straight up dumped so much food onto the tortilla. Fortunately, he remade the order. Also had no cheese the last time I ordered. No hope that this location will continue. Chipotle in york is much better.

Went in, ordered and did it all there. Had to pay extra Barbacoa even though the amount of barbacoa was a normal amountthat I would get from this location. Been a few times and have never had an issue, as well as not getting all of the things I asked for as in lettuce and green salsa. Disappointed and paid a full 22 dollars for a bowl, chips and Queso and a side tortilla and there was too much rice and not enough barbacoa.

We ordered two burrito bowls. The server filled the bowl with rice. Hardly any beans or meat. Then they had NO salsa!!! for them. I should have just walked out. First time at this location. My last.

Fast service. Picked up food sooner than it was ready. If only the fruit that I ordered for my child had a protective layer, oh wait they hooked me up. Mabye this is why we have so much plastic waste from foods.

Where to begin..arrived 20 minutes later due to traffic to pick up an order that was supposedly ready..got there and order wasn't on shelf. so i nicely asked about it and was given a whole load of attitude. So i patiently waited and when order came out 20 minutes after that i brought it home and when my husband went to go eat his everything tasted like straight up nasty lime..not the usual cilantro lime flavor but like someone had dumped cups of lime juice in there..i went to go eat mine and found chunks of meat bone or cartilage and the steak was WAY too salty..this wasn't our first disappointment with this location and i think it is safe to say we will not be eating at this one again.. the staff needs proper training on how to prep and cook items and they need training on professionalism as well. I don't like to be the person to leave an unkind review but I want to hopefully help to make sure no one else ends up disappointed

We got two burritos with brown rice. The rice was undercooked- it was hard and crunchy. The place seemed to only have two people working. The web order was not ready when it said it would be, it was 15 min late. Previous orders for burrito bowls have had a minimum amount of rice (when you see more of the bowl than the food it's just not correct compared to other Chipotle locations).

I was introduced to chipotles years ago when I lived in Arizona, really enjoyed their food. Since the store opened in Hanover, they just cannot get their menu cooked properly. I’ve been trying hoping it would change and yet they still have hard white rice, it is always undercooked.That has got to be the easiest thing to cook

Whoever manages this store, needs to be replaced. Saying cards or exact change for payment, when there is no change shortage, is just bad management and laziness. Not to mention being out of tons of items, meaning this person does not know how to order their products. I'm speaking from experience, as I manage multiple locations of a business, and it's easy to see what's wrong here.

First experience getting food poisoning at a restaurant. Put me down for about five days. I will never eat at a Chipotle again. Before making my bowl the worker wiped the dirty line off with her gloved hands and then proceeded to not change her gloves and make my bowl. Not sure if that’s what did it as I’ve observed other red flags there such as questionably fresh food on the line, dirty prep areas, dirty line that they are not regularly wiping down, and piling freshly made toppings on top of older toppings instead of turning them over.
