I am impressed with the cleanliness of the store and friendliness of the staff! I had no idea they were running a $5 foot long promo but the staff made sure to let me know. I was able to feed my family for $21 tonight and sandwiches were yummy!

The manager is a creep my girlfriend used to work there and she had to quit bc she was being harassed by her manager Danny dont eat there anyway they dont give u a good amount of meat

So after meeting my wife here once a week for almost a year, I try to cash in my Subway points. The guy here said my card was empty! The guy ringing me up kept arguing that I was using a gift card and it had no more money on it (Subway cards can be for both. Once several months ago, I was given a receipt that showed my points accumulation - did not save it - stupid on my part) Then we use a coupon, and the goon does not ring up the coupon - not just once, but he did this twice! I checked my card on my online account - no points! I am done with this place. The employees (which I believe are all related) are not to be found up front - they hang in the back using their cell phones. Let's say I would not be disappointed if this store tanked - I won't go back!

I worked here from March 2019-June 2019. Due to sanitary/health reasons, i would definitely avoid eating here eat, i saw my coworker walking around barefoot and use a nail clipper to cut his toe nails/finger nails in the restaurant.

Used app to place order with the Burnt Hills, NY store. Was told by "owner" that they never recieved the order, despite paypal stating that they recieved the order. So we took the app into the store and showed them. Claimed they still didn't recieve the order. So we "reordered" and paid for it in cash. Checked again with paypal and I was charged for it alright. Over $27. I called again and spoke with owner. Told him he needs to check his paypal for my refund. Said he would call me the next day and give me a check. Took my phone and never heard from him again. Do not use the app to order from this store. Criminal.
