The subway ReFresh Campaign is a bit of a bust in my opinion. Our favorite, sandwich the chicken rotisserie, is now offered as a special for extra cash. But you can still get a good sandwiche for a low price plus they always send out coupons to our home, so there is a deal to be had. The soups are good and the cookies never disappoint Nice selection of bagged chips and a case of cold sodas and iced teas to choose from if you do not opt for the fountain type. Service is very inconsistent! Some of the Sandwich Makers are very nice and helpful while a few have an edge and are down right nasty.n We visit often, so we know who the nice girls are and who the nasty one is and judge our stop by that.

While I am generally pleased with Subway, my experience of Saturday left me with a sour taste in my mouth, especially since my order was never made. After enduring the process of ordering and paying on line and getting a pickup time of 6:05PM, I arrived at 6:05 and was told that it would be 15-20 minutes before my order would even be started. The store employee then refused to make my order at all since I questioned repeatedly why I could not have been told my order was delayed (my phone was on the order). I went to another local sub shop where I still had to wait, but that was because I placed my order in person. The reason I had ordered on line to begin with was so I wouldn't have to wait. Bad experience with their online process in general and even worse with the "representative" of the company, who could only say "Blame Headquarters" when questioned.
