There's this old man that works here that has long white hairs that grows out of his nose, this man is always chewing on something, I walked in today and this man was chewing on something and as he asked me "what are you getting" I saw chunks of what ever he was chewing fly across and fall into the food. He's a nice dude but has no respect for working in a kitchen or around food

I ordered a specific combination of ingredients for a friend whose granddaughter had ordered for her the week before. I showed them the ingredients listed on an email and they happily prepared the dish for me. I had explained I had never been there and didn't know how things worked. Very pleased.Service: 5/5

If i could post a lower rating I would, I literally came to this place and had to wait nearly 5 minutes with nobody else in line as all of the people working here were in the back doing whatever, and then once i got my food there were bones in my food (i got a chicken bowl with brown rice) the rice was hard and had little to no taste and a lot of the chicken was very chewy which instantly made me lose my appetite, i now feel like crap after eating this landfill of an excuse of a restaurant, the cheese and the guacamole wasn't that good either but it's the fact that 12 hours after eating the food i'm now sick, if i could rate this place 0 stars i would.

Ordered extra chicken in my bowl three times this week through Uber. First two times there was no extra chicken, and todays third time there was a few pieces. Scam. Done ordering from this place. No napkins or utensils in the bag. Last time I stopped in to order at the location, all tables were disgusting, garbages were overflowing, napkins and utensils not stocked…Qdoba has my money going forward.EDIT: thought it couldn’t get worse. I just went back to show my order and get a new one. I get back home to eat and see there’s a sticker in the guac. Unbelievable…I added the sticker picture to this review.

This place needs to be cleaned wiped down floors etc .. u can’t never sit without asking someone to clean its food everywhere always and garbage is always full . It makes u want to take your food and leaveVegetarian options: More veggies

If I could give zero stars that's what this would be. This place was filthy! I unfortunately have been in gas station bathrooms that presented better. The health inspector should stop by on a weekend. Not to mention the employees that work there need training and organization. I have never been to such a disorganized filthy fast food place. In addition the employees need to practice better hygiene. They stunk like BO SO BAD YR THAT WE ALMIST THREW UP. The cashier was scratching at his nose thaten handing people their cups. Putting his hands on the brim of the cup. If my daughter and her friend didn't want to go there I would have walked out as soon as I stepped in. Does chipotle franchise not care about their establishments. So disgusted!

Every single time we order from Chipotle there is an issue. Tonight we spent $100 and received an ice cold open burrito, placed on top of all of the food in an open bag exposed to god knows what... the burrito full of rice, barely any chicken or fajita vegetables. The large bag of chips ordered w/ a large queso was actually a small bag 1/4 full!!! So we now have a large queso with not enough chips to eat the queso. You try to call them... it's all automated... you can't get anyone on the phone. I can't even believe we ordered from this location again but to be honest we have the same issues with the Red Bank location. My daughter has had issue after issue, hair in her food twice, rancid sour cream, barely any chips in the bag. Now I know first hand after spending $100 and getting nothing, never again.

Maybe chipotle is better as an eat in place. But ordering it online and picking up has always lead to a poor experience for me. This is our third and probably final time. Not a lot of meat in the bowls and weird proportions on toppings. I paid extra for an order of chips. And it’s ridiculous how little this order is. There is like 10 chips total in the order. Not worth the expense.
