Terrible service, tables filthy, garbage can over flowing, no napkins. And get this...they told us they didn't have enough sour cream for in-store orders only online orders. Who does that??? Poorly managed (if managed at all) restaurant.

If I could review this lower I would. I have had a number of issues with this location in terms of order accuracy and customer service. Most recently, I was overcharged and have asked for a refund with no success. No only that, but the customer service team stated they fixed it, when in actuality they charged me AGAIN for the same error. I’ve had so many problems with this location whether ordering in person or online, best to stay away.

I would not go to this restaurant again. They don't provide the same quantity of food and ingredients compared to other Chipotle, especially since they give little rice and chicken. Overall, My burrito bawl was 20% empty compared to other Chipotle stores.

Continuously almost 3 weeks I visited at betwen 9 and 9:15; When we place order they say, no chicken, no meat etc..Kindly update the hours accordingly in google if closing early.

Whenever I have gone in I find the folks here pretty nice and friendly. However a gew times when I ordered online for pickup, the orders were messed up. Example, a light hot sauce doesn't mean you dunk the whole container. Other time apparently they did not put the tortilla on the side but charged me for it. Another time, they were "out of cheese".So long story short, do not go 30 min or less to closing time or you may find some things not enough? And, I would either order in person or check my order before leaving.

1) wish staff warned me that “sofrito” was spicy before I asked for it in my kids meal.2) didn’t know adding sofrito would be a $3.60 surcharge to a kids meal (about a 72% increase from the base price)Otherwise, decent experience. Good food. Spicy salsa was spicy. I felt like they weren’t generous with the rice in the bowls . Left kind of hungry (and I don’t eat like a bear who just awoke from hibernation)

I'm not sure what all of the scathing negative reviews on here are about... I'm not the biggest Chipotle fan to begin with, but as far as Chipotle franchises are concerned, this was definitely one of the better ones I've frequented. Actually, it was the cleanest one I've ever been to.Staff was super friendly and prepared my order exactly as I requested. Everything in the trays looked freshly made, including the guac (which I had). My only critique would be that it was lunch-time on a Saturday and several trays were low or near empty. Other than that, everything was FINE.Chicken burrito with the works was delicious and satisfying. I'll be returning and so should you. Thanks!

Both times I have gone recently and have asked them to mix the contents in my burrito for me so I don't get just one ingredient in each bite, they did. There was always an employee who was hesitant but another that was happy to do it. Them easily mixing the ingredients made my experience 100% perfect. This is what Pancheros does but if chipotle keeps making my burrito this good by mixing the ingredients, then i will gladly continue being a customer. Also, i really love the watermelon lime drink and other flavors they offer other than soda at the self fill station.

I just finished working out and thought “hey why don’t I get some chipotle.” I waddled all the way over to chipotle when I opened the door and noticed a man, a man I’ve never seen before… I was greeted by the man named Juan who had a huge smile on his face as he welcomed me into the establishment. I told him what I wanted and he got straight to work. As I watched him make my bowl I noticed the expertise in his motion, the culinary skills he used to make my bowl that has never been seen In chipotle history. He got my order ready in a bag and ran the total up for me. I paid and went along with my day. The swift movements in one man is unbelievable until you have met a man like Juan. Ladies, get you a man like Juan. Chipotle sponsor Juan or give him a raise or god help me I will come down over there and you don’t wanna know what I will do. Also, Igor was dope to 100/100 customer satisfaction and the food was good too. Would come again
