I came on a busy night, all the staff was busy and smiling. We waited awhile for our turn at the counter inside, drive thru line was wrapping around the building. We were greeted by a handsome young man, he helped get our order quickly, efficiently and best of all...a beautiful smile! Great customer service. Pleasure to see happy staff and best of all to see a smile ? btw. Ice cream was delicious!

This DQ is literally not ok. They continually mess up very simple, straightforward orders especially when it comes to toppings. Twice now, I’ve asked for peanut butter topping and received chocolate sauce.The short brunette chick at the drive thru window had the audacity to tell me it was because of how I ordered. No pretty sure it’s how you heard it but I’m sorry you can’t own your own mistake. For years every other DQ employee has been able to compute my apparently very complicated ice cream order. I’ll never be back.

The only car in the drive thru and it still took 35 minutes to get our food and drink. There are 2 what look like 16 year old working with no adult supervision. Now I know why they are always empty.
