Went in to get a bowl fully knowing that I’ve been tryin g different chipotle’s to see which one will actually give me a full orderI ordered a double meat after I saw how skimpy they were with the meat and when he put the extra scoop of meat it was barely anything, same with the rice barely any rice and he just loaded me up with pico and cornUnfortunately never getting chipotle anymore this is getting out of hand!!! Also I payed $15 for a bowl that I finished no problem… still hungry

My wife ordered for pick up on her way home from work today. She ordered me a chicken burrito and she ordered a bowl. Both items had raw rice in them. Literally not even able to eat our food. Thanks so much for waisting my money on food that isn’t even edible. Then I call just to tell the place about the raw rice so they don’t put it on anyone else’s food but you can’t even get an employee on the phone. Oh well guess there will be others complaining tonight about raw rice. This place is a joke. I also never received a refund from them back during covid because the establishment in parsippany was closed and they never refunded my online order. I will never order from them again.

Worst chipotle in NJ, They would rather say they don't have what you ask rather than make a tiny bit of effort to actually make it. Three hours before closing and they are out of two primary ingredients(they can't be out of peppers/onions), the place is empty, if the employees made a tiny bit of effort it would make a huge difference.

I stopped getting the chicken because it is always burnt, then this time I paid for extra sofritas and got absolutely none. They just substituted fajita veggies without saying anything. What a ripoff

Food is bad, portions are small. The 1/2 the staff doesn't even speak english and the manager seems like she has a problem with white people. The whole place is dirty and should be shut down. 0 stars if possible. I will not be going back.

My goodness, this location is worse than the chum bucket. Got it the other day, my rice was so hard I almost broke a tooth. Chicken was not only cold, but it was harder than a lego. The staff is skimpy with all the toppings and meat as well, along with giving major tude if u ask for more. The food is always cold and looks like it has been sitting there for days. I would avoid this location so hopefully they go out of business or get a new owner. Chipotle, see if u can translate this.. ADIOS ! Smell ya later !!

Staffing and consistency issues are very apparent at this location. I've been here 4-5 times and I can tell my food is not fresh sometimes. Avoid this location.Food: 1/5

Chipotle is ALWAYS YUMMY! However, I would LOVE to try the new garlic steak, but EVERY TIME I look at it in the container it's NEVER fresh. It looks like it's completely dried out. That's why I always order the barbacoa; it's ALWAYS juicy! So of course, THIS Chipolte is NO DIFFERENT than any other Chipolte as far as the dried out steak or chicken goes. It's the reason I give only 3 stars for the food here. A message for the (wo)men upstaris as CEOS of the company: "Chipolte, I LOVE your food, but please for the love of God fix your dried out steak problem"Vegetarian options: You don't have to get a protein. They have plenty of veggies to use instead!Parking: It's a LARGE parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.
