First time here in a long time. There was only three people working, two on drive thru and one on the counter.The lady at the counter and one on the drive thru were very nice (the other one was complaining about something out loud). It does have a public bathroom and using a wheelchair may be difficult to get inside. Prices aren't too bad and the food/drinks are good.

Stopped in on my way to visit someone. The woman helping at the counter was very kind and apologized for time it took. Later apologized to someone else for forgetting an item. Overall kind and courteous. Three others made food and did the drive thru. Seemed like the team worked well together. Wifi worked. Line didn't take much time. Better than most DD right now.

My daughter ordered items from the app for pickup. Got all the way there and they were out of the donuts she ordered. The lady wouldn’t refund her and said they couldn’t refund the app. Didn’t offer anything in compensation or to replace just stole $5.56 from my daughter.

This place has become ridiculous. They're constantly out of sandwiches, doughnuts, and ICE! The machines are always broken, especially the espresso maker. If you're coming from the south, stop at the McDs!

Drive through only due to lack of staff. Bit of a line so it took a while. Iced coffee was what u expect from dunks. Hit the spot on a hot day.
