I just went in there and I can't believe the 3 workers are incredibly rude and do not want to be working their body language and attitude says it all I ordered the cake batter specialty a signature latte And they give me a mocha latte with caramel. I cannot believe she made it wrong twice. And of course no manager in site. Yikes I won't be back

I used to come here a lot but last time our food was burnt and the woman taking our order was rude, snappy, and kept interrupting my fiance while he was saying what he wanted in his coffee. But they were busy that day so we didn't much care. Today we went and the same woman was again rude and snappy and passive aggressive so we just left and will not be going back. I've worked at Dunkin, I know it gets hard, but that's no reason to be rude or mean to people because they aren't being fast enough for you.

No stars, if you want to have someone tell you how to order and back talk you go to this Dunkin’. The drive through worker with blue hair He’s actually a child in an adult body who is in capable of regulating her emotions while she’s working she should be fired for treating the customers like garbage in the entire Dunkin should be restaffed

Stopped off here to pick up some hot cocoa for the kids on Friday before heading on to the Christmas light show at the racetrack. When we got up to the pickup window and saw the posted hours, we realized they were just about to close. We wouldn't have known otherwise though. Instead of making us feel rushed and pressured, they were so friendly and accommodating...and wished my kids a good time at the show. Wonderful customer service!!

Typical Dunkin Donuts. Kid on the register about 17yrs old. A little slow and awkward with taking the order but pleasant customer service skills. Decent enough that I would stop there again.
