Not friendly staff at all. The lady at the window was very dry. Didn’t say “bye have a nice day “ or anything. My coffee tasted terrible so I went inside to ask if it can be remade. Same thing, the person just put the remade coffee on the counter gave me a dirty look and walked away.

1.) Drinks are never consistent here.2.) The older lady at the drive through window is always grumpy or sometimes just downright rude. One time I tipped $20 at drive through window last year and I watched her stuff the $20 into her jacket pocket.

Amazing stuff, very happy voice when you go through drive through. 2 starts only because for less ice they put less drinks too for over year. Before I order less ice at any dunkin locations, always used to get full drink, or always get full drink at other locations. Here they say it’s because of “less ice” but they why am I paying for Large and getting medium? I left complain online, never heard back from dunkin. I have no choice but leave 2 starts on reviews, since issue wasn’t addressed

The place itself and the products they put out are great but I have been there multiple times a week for the past month and there is a woman who is always super unpleasant at the window. She has terrible customer service to be honest. She was rude when they were out of brown sugar cookie and had to ask me what else I wanted. Her alone just puts a stink in my day

Coffee was good but…you need to get rid of the grouchy old lady early in the morning. I asked if my latte had oat milk in it for sure (some people can’t drink milk so I just wanted to make sure), quite nicely at 8am in the morning might I add. She looked at me like I was nuts and in the rudest tone said you got what you ordered and shrugged me off. I wanted to dump it on her head! Why can’t people just give service with a smile?

Great location. If you go in the morning, you're likely to get more variety of donuts but the woman at the window is a bit grumpy. In the afternoon, you get less variety but a happier staff. They're also limited on which types of donuts they can order so its a bit of bummer missing out on lemon filled and such.

I have been going there for quiet sometime now and within the last 3 weeks the service has gone down hill. The lady at the front window was very rude. I love dunks but it’s starting to make me not want to get my food from that location.

Very polite workers, fast service, and robust (for DD) coffee. They have limited hours, closing at 3pm on a Saturday, due to the national labor shortage, but that's not the establishment's fault.
