Doordashed from here and I am very disappointed. I ordered a blue raspberry coolata and I went to take a sip and there are white and green fuzzy things inside it. Very disgusting. Would like some sort of accommodation from this. Not to mention they got the rest of my order wrong.

Place was super slow, which would’ve been fine if my coffee was hot. I ordered a hot latte; it was given to me in a cup for hot drinks but it was as cold as if it had just come out of the fridge. Also, they had food items on the menu that they did not even carry in store. It seemed like the people working also barely knew what they were doing. Pretty disappointing.

The coffee was supposed to be caramel and was made pumpkin. Then found a bug in it. Went back and the coffee was made pumpkin again. Needless to say I’ve never had an issue with this dunks before!
