This isn't my regular dunkins. I went through the drive thru, got a Lg signature latte & blueberry muffin. The Large cup was only 3/4 of the way filled & they used whipped cream to make up the difference on the last 1/4 of the cup along with the cover. They where also out of muffins, and not only did they charge me for the muffin. They also charged me an extra .75 cents for butter and told me because I paid with the app they couldn't refund me. So I paid $8 for 3 quarter of a latte! I was not impressed ?

Listen to my order, completed it perfectly with a genuine smile, they had plain sticks! The poor bakers cruller and NOT the same as an old fashioned. That was a treat!

The manager never has anything stocked. Cream is typically out by 7AM, and I always have to repeat my order at least 2 times. Lady at the window during the week is very pleasant.
