Very friendly staff working very hard. But my drink was not made right ordered the new refreshers drink tasted like water with very little flavor you could see no color in it. Had one the day before and I loved it that's why I ordered it again but was disappointed.

This is an averaged rating. This visit was horrible. Of course nobody can go inside so the line is ridiculously long outside. Something must have happened no movement in line at all for like a solid five minutes. They were out of a few items we tried to order. Plain bagel? They screwed up a couple of the beverages. Instead of an Ice Tea I got a black Ice Coffee. No flavor in two other iced drinks.Every other time this location has been perfect for us. Virtually no errors or issues. Will review again after our next visit.

Its Dunkin' Donuts. I know New Englanders think DD is the greatest but the donuts are OK (they aren't Krispy Kremes) and the coffee is so so. I have been to some where the coffee comes out a machine; hit a button and out comes a latte. Not hand made by a barista. But, if it your only option, it will do.
