I'm just not a big fan of Applebee's. Food was ok but it was not served hot as if it just wasn't heated enough. I believe the server brought it out as soon as it got done as I heard the kitchen say order. Service was good the server kept our glasses full and we drink several glasses full. He was friendly and helpful. I did not complain about the food as they were pretty busy since it was Mothers day. There was probably 10 to 12 tables with people.

Couldn't use e gift card because they have no clue how to enter them. They advertise getting $10 bonus card with every $50 purchased that's a joke the bonus cards can't be used at this location and they are rude when u use gift cards. Why advertise them if u don't want to enter them? Then apparently their card machine will not accept debit cards but can run credit cards. Do not recommend this place if you want to enjoy your meal they need better management n staff that actually like their job instead of rude waitresses

Walked into this location, hoping to have a drink and appetizer! WOWSER! We did not have anyone wait on us or get us seated at a Table. The restaurant was NOT busy! We will NEVER go to this location again!

Server was nice , place was clean , I had the bourbon street steak , half the steak was medium well the other half was rare in the middle , I ordered it medium ,it was very tough, I sent it back ,I asked the server his response was the manager was running the grill due to being short staffed. Be a manager not a cook

Worst service ever. Never greeted when we walked in, rude dude as host that showed us where to sit. Never smiled or acted like he wanted to even deal with customers arriving for lunch. We were sat near the bathroom and the entire place was empty ?Food was overcooked, nasty and cold. Hamburger had no taste, bun was toasted, overcooked with a hole in it. Why is there a hole in my bun!! ?potatoes were unseasoned, soda was flat like water. Had to ask unconcerned waitress for a refill. They are quick to bring you the check but love keeping customers change. Yes I want my change.I will never ever eat at this place again. Management is horrible

Had the friendliest server Cece. We had the strawberry balsamic chicken salad and they were excellent. A very good experience overall. Would stop again.

This was the worse service I have ever had. Me and my friend came at 11:30 am no one was at the table to greet us and when he did come out he didn’t say anything. The lady cleaning the bathroom was rude like I was in her way. I ordered a steak it came I cut it and took a bite it tasted like gasoline and smelled like dish soap. ??I got a burger and the bun was hard as a brick and the burger had no taste. I will never eat there against

I went here with my friend and servuce was super slow waited 15 mins or so to get someone to our table for drinks. I got the 2 for $35, one to go for my boyfriend, when it came out it was not to go I guess they expected me to eat both and the steak looked and tasted like it had been out all day. Would have complained but no one came to the table the entire time we were eating. Don't recommend.

Ugh, another place that I cannot trust to get our order correct. Not only did they forget items in my pickup order, the steak (that I ordered medium) was so tough & dry it was practically inedible. My kiddos food was also over cooked. Disappointing, deleting their app & the idea of them from my life. Bye ??
