Applebee's Grill + Bar, 2319 Missouri Blvd in Jefferson City

So many things were wrong with our order. Chips were stale, riblets came drowned in BBQ sauce when I was assured they wouldn't be (it was for my 10yo), son ordered endless wings and didn’t get a refill until after we were all done eating (no one checked on us the entirety of the meal), my husband's steak didn't come with the requested seasoning or the correct side, which wasn't corrected until after we were finished eating. We ordered the cinnamon roll dessert because it was our middle child's birthday and they were still raw and doughy in the center. Also, we waited nearly 45 minutes for our food after ordering even though there were maybe 8 tables in the restaurant, and all but two had ordered after us. Some girl had come to ask if we needed condiments (not check on our meal) and when we told her about the wing refill & wrong side, she said "Oh, that's not my job, you'll have to tell your server. I just bring condiments." So we told her that's the problem, we haven't seen our server since giving him our order. To which she replied, "Oh, ok." and wandered off. We ended up being there almost two hours waiting on wing refills and my husband's side that he'd ordered with the meal, then had to get something for my youngest to eat somewhere else because the riblets were swimming in so much BBQ sauce, even I couldn't eat them. It was a total shitshow and no one there seemed to care about quality or making it right with the customer.

Every time I go here, the food is exactly the way I ask for it. The waitresses are so friendly and make sure everything tastes good and drinks stay filled. The restaurant is always super clean, especially the bathrooms! Overall, I just enjoy my meals here.Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the kid menus and activities on the menus to keep them occupied

Hadn't been in years, stopped because it was the only place without a wait. Myself and two teen daughter's got conservative lunch meals, all 3 teas, $90 ticket. Shown in the photo is a burger with upcharge onion rings. 5 onions rings accumulated to over $5 , food was cold and bland. How are they still open, I felt bad for our server

Server was very nice and she gets these 4 stars! Our mozzarella sticks were hot.Otherwise, please leave the little flat bones out of your "riblets". You only find them when you bite into them. Its not good when that happens. Asked for fresh hot fires and they were kind of warm....

Service was fast and staff were courteous. Food was hot, fresh and real tasty. Restaurant was clean even though very busy. Dymon was an excellent server.

My son has an unusual food allergy, it makes it difficult to go out to eat. The service here was awesome, from the waitress to the cooks who took the time, even in dinner rush, to clean the grill and prepare my son's food free of any cross contamination. We appreciate to the extra effort!Food: 4/5

I stopped in at Applebee's around 4 for a bite before heading to workI walked in and the were 2 tables with customers and 2 ladies at the bar. There were no employees out front. I waited patiently for 5 minutes or so, then got myself a menu and sat down in hopes that someone would come out of the kitchen. After a while a woman stuck her head out of the kitchen door and I heard her tell someone "hey, you got a customer". No one ever came to check on me Finally, I gave up trying to get service and left.

We had all you can eat riblets and shrimp for $14.99.Hot food and waitress was on her game, kept the drinks full.Food: 5/5

Kids running around in the restaurant was very disturbing. They were 2 little kids running in the restaurant. We complained to waitress and she said the kids belonged to the bartender. Not a good atmosphere.Food: 5/5

I certainly hope our server was new, because if not... Needs to be retrained. And it wasn't that busy a night. Very nice, but needs assistance with delivery on customer service. We weren't provided our free mozzarella sticks after failing to mention a perfect margarita.Food: 5/5
