My carry-out order for a Chicken Oriental Salad totaled $15.94 and over half of the lettuce was brown and/or wilted. The rest of the salad would have been good if there had been enough edible lettuce.

Much improved! Clean restaurant and attentive and friendly staff! Like visiting a whole new restaurant compared to last time I ate there in the summer of 2022. I had no problem letting my 3 year old nephew slide under the booth table to change seats, and I'm pretty sure you could eat off the restroom floor. This was at 7pm on a Friday evening so I'm sure it was a busy period.

We went to Applebee's for my birthday and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and the food that evening. I wish I had caught the server's name because he provided outstanding service and should be recognized for it. He kept checking on us throughout the meal to see if there was anything else he could do for us. The food was very good too. I had the grilled chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes and it was excellent. The drinks we ordered were also very good and reasonably priced.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This was our worst experience here. Our waitress rarely checked in on us. She didn’t even ask if we wanted anything to drink, took forever to get our check to us. Instead of seeing if we needed anything she was just playing on her phone. Our food was burnt and just didn’t taste right and our waters tasted like something got added to it. We will not be coming back anytime soon in the near future

I had a great time at Applebee's! Our bartender was so good. She was clearly experienced. We had an issue with food, the crispy shrimp breading was very very fragile and we had to send it back... But, Our server comped the whole meal and the rest of our food was all awesome. We were treated with excellent customer service. I would recommend not getting those big 32oz drinks, they pour less than 3oz of alcohol.

Will never come back. We were sitting down in the restaurant for 15 min before anyone helped us. Our food took over an hour and was nearly unpalatable. I know it's tough finding good help right now, but if this is the best you can do then shut the doors. It should be a crime to expect payment for this level of poor service and product. We spent over a hundred dollars and left hungry.

I wish I could give negative stars. Service was almost nonexistent, my burger was not as advertised just on looks alone, but what's worse was the rather long hair on top. The waitress laughed and said "oops, we wont charge you for that sandwich I guess. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!Food: 1/5

Not happy we use to come here all the time but stop coming for awhile hoping it would get better but nope food is awful. Our waitress was great very attentive. My grandson pizza came out very cold and I had nacho and the chip were so stale the hamburger was over cook and was like it sat for a while cheese was barely melted and jalapeños were cook on top of nacho when cheese was melted and dried out. Very bad experience. Long time before we go back. Get new cooks please !!!
