Worst service ever. Food was barely room temperature. Waited 15 minutes for a leftover container and then 20 to pay bill. Actually walked around asking bartender to ring us up. Parking lot had suv size potholes.Food: 3/5

Stopped in here to watch the Chiefs game on my way to Deepwater Mo. Seated myself at the bar. Was taken care of by Taylor . She did a great job and was very friendly. Hopefully I can stop back by there again when in the area.Food: 4/5

Their 2 for $25 deal is great! Huge fresh portions and an affordable price. The service could not have been better and the food was delicious.Dietary restrictions: They have "Gluten Friendly" items listed on the menu. As a Celiac that made me a little nervous. However, I told or waitress that I have an allergy and she was careful to share that information. I had no issues at all and would go back without hesitation.

Food was good and fast. Service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress ,Latoya, would come by say she'd be right back and then proceed to leave again and then in 10 minutes swing by with the same response. Took longer to get our order taken than it did to receive and eat . Then we couldn't get our check. I finally had to track her down at the bar to ask for my check. The whole time she was printing it she was bad mouthing my wife and I saying she was too busy to be dealing with us. She had no idea my wife was standing there listening to it all. A different service attitude and I would.give this place 5 stars because everything else was great.

This is probably the worst Applebee's I have been too. I love Applebee's, but here I waited a long time for our food, could not seem to get waitress attention for the issues we had with our food, which there was a hair in my wife's, she lost her appetite 2 bites in, but hey they discounted her meal 10% even though she ate 3%.Food: 3/5

To be honest, I almost left a negative review the last time we had lunch here because of the servers, BUT today….. Latoya! She is THE BEST OF THE BEST! Amazing service, she was on it before we could even ask for refills, the check or to go boxes.This lady knows her stuff and her personality just shines!I’m probably going to call before we go next time to make sure she’s working.She is a blessing to her guests and I do hope they bless her in return, she deserves it!

I called to query about A New Years Ball (all inclusive) as other locations do. Jasmin said no you don't, then interrupted me to place me on Hold for a minute, so of course I said yes. Waited 20 minutes for her to return, never did GM. And your wondering why your Rating's are so low in Maps? Attitude, Personalized Service, Dinners cooked perfectly, and honesty towards each customer on a call or standing in front of you.Thank you, I'll look elsewhere ☺️

My husband and I had dinner here this evening and the whole experience was absolutely awful! We had an appetizer and one cocktail each. He ordered the ribeye & I the salmon, total bill was almost $80, Ate in the bar, they were completely out of Tabasco sauce for my bloody Mary but still charged $8 for s glass Half the size that they typically serve cocktails in, waitress did not bring plates with our appetizer, told her I wanted a side salad with my meal, Salad was absolutely disgusting lettuce tasted old and there were a couple of pieces that were rotten, only consisted of lettuce and shredded cheese, salmon was over cooked sent it back manager said he would cook it himself and it was no better ended up eating a couple of very small bites and leaving the rest on my plate. Upon leaving the restaurant I noticed that the cigarette ashtray was so overflowing that butts were stuffed in there and falling out. Corporate office definitely needs to look into management at this location it is bad bad!
