The customer service, or lack thereof, really turned me off from this location. I love chipotle, but this location has definitely lost my business after this evening. The first gal was very clearly frustrated with a patron who had a larger order, so she kept reaching over other employees to fulfill my parties order. She did not speak to us except for the initial "what would you like?". We were merely stared at, until we made a selection. The food shifted in transit per usual, but there was barely any rice put inside, the cheese was a small pinch, and everything was rushed. I don't expect the servings to be heaving, but I've definitely had better portions served at this location as well as others. This is the 3rd bad experience I've had at this location, and sadly, I will not be returning. The chips feel stale, and unsalted this time around, which is usually very fresh. And the guacamole was less than appealing as well. I hope whomever reads this review has a better experience if you choose to dine at this location.

No salt or lime on chips. Just bottom of bag was covered with chips. Hopefully bowl is better when I get home to eat it

I got my food, with no rice what so ever also he pinched the cheese so that I got about 10 pieces of cheese and sealed it before I could say anything. Horrible experience go to a different chipotle if you see this worker…RUN

We ordered for pickup this past Saturday, we ordered 4 of the burrito bowls. We had a 6:30 pickup time which was way off food was later than that. They got 3 bowls right and gave us someone else's bowl from a different order. To top that off the rice was way undercooked made my daughter sick, and her boyfriend only ate half his and threw it away. Mine was okay and the wife ate the bowl that they got wrong. Was really disappointed, have had pretty good food there most of the time but the service all the way down to the food was horrible.

Bummed. Was trying to support businesses nearby only to find my order was extremely small portioned. I even doubled up on protein by paying for the extra steak in my burrito bowl. Barely any rice, no corn available (no selection from the site), little tomatoes and little cheese. When I opened up the tin lid upon receiving my delivered order, I was utterly disappointed to see my food altogether didn't even make it past the bowl itself. I took 2 bites and made my own home tacos instead. Won't be back at Chipotle near my house anytime soon. Convenient to order, fast delivery but poor execution on quality and portions of their ingredients. Also, I ordered a tortilla on the side and it is stale... I took 2 bites of the tortilla and that was it. What happened?! It was a hit or miss before... I doubt I'll be back unless I go to another location. Please fix! I'd love to come back if quality is up to par again.

often we order two or three burritos and often they fail to mark them to differentiate the orders. All 3 are made different and its impossible to get ahold of the store. Do your job or well stop ordering
