They always get our order right. They are always on time. The quantity and quality of our food has never been wrong. I love this location so much. I prefer it over elk river anytime- elk river barley gives you anything in your bowl and Rogers always gives you a full size portion I’ve never been disappointed. Thank you Rogers chipolte for making my food correct every time.

Working for a small business, I understand it's hard to adapt to post-COVID. But my last 3-4 experiences here have been not great. I work across the street and usually place an order around lunch time. I give an additional 15 minutes to the "guaranteed time". This usually ends up being 30 minutes since the order was placed. Consistently it has still not been ready when I arrive. When I arrive there is usually a group standing around and you have to wait your turn to go in even if you placed your order earlier. You get self-policed by other patrons because they think you are cutting in line. Sometimes someone outside grabbing names, but the last two times my name was forgotten and I ended up having to leave and come back to get my now cold order (since I have customers and cant wait around for 20 minutes). Been to the Uptown location post-COVID and they have it down like clockwork. Almost never waited and they have many times the business during the lunch rush.

Ordered at 8 got my food at 8:40, got kicked out 2 times for being more than 5 people, first time was nice and second time I was told "man u need to leave" and their was 3 people in the restaurant. Very disappointed

Terrible experience. A bunch of employees who can’t comprehend the concept of efficiency. I understand it’s difficult to adapt to the new rules due to COVID, but someone needs to step up and implement an efficient system of getting orders to people that are waiting outside. There were people waiting outside for 20+ minutes whose orders had been done and sitting on the shelf the entire time, but were unable to get them since they were at full capacity inside. Step it up Chipotle. I would expect this from a Subway, but not from you.

Well Chipotle in Rogers just lost my business. Delivered half my order. We called repeatedly and got hung up on every time. Showed up and just a bunch of smirks from the staff. Pathetic

not happy at all.....its 8:18 pm and i placed a order for 7:45 pick up. i have a 30 minute dinner break. still waiting for my food. won't be able to eat my food.. i asked how can i get a refund. the gentlemen tells me to go on line. really...... its not my fault about the order. the app said i can pick up at 7:45..... the app needs to be fixed

They advertised free delivery with the pandemic going on. Bummer you have to spend $10 or more then bummer again Rogers doesn't deliver! I picked up my order and a guy was standing in the entrance less than 3 feet away from me. Why wasn't he delivering? And why is he standing so close to customers? I picked up my order and a guy at the counter was shaking a tip jar right in front of me and as I walked out the guy in the entrance was laughing at it! Had a stomach ache after lunch also. Not the time for this kind of treatment Chipotle! Trying to eat out every day to support local businesses but this is not acceptable...
