I gave this place a 2nd and 3rd try ordering for delivery. This is nothing like other Chipotle restaurants in the area. Not sure why they can't fill a whole order. They print the receipt and tape it to the bag. Everything is correct on the receipt and incorrect in the bag. This time missing all the cold items.

Good food when they get it right, or it's actually there after you order online. The problem I keep having. 3 out of the last 4 times I have ordered online. It wasn't there when I came to pick up. I've heard "maybe someone took your" or "it didn't go though". Whatever is going on should be addressed and fixed. Don't bother wasting you time with online orders. Good chance you'll end up having to order at the store anyway.

We ordered a burrito bowl for takeout on DoorDash and when it got here it was missing more then half of the contents of the order. I double checked the receipt and the order was correct on there... they just literally left out pretty much all of the things we asked for. Basically put rice and meat in a take out container and sent it on it’s way. We tried to call to complain 5 times with no answer! Definitely not a good look for them!

What used to be one of the better chipotles in the metro that I’ve had, has taken a sharp turn downhill the past couple of months. The consistency and freshness of the food has been bad and they just can’t make good guac anymore. It’s always not quite right and we don’t even eat it half the time. If you stay away from their guac you might get lucky and have a pleasant meal.

Order Chipotle delivery for the first time since Covid started. Ordered two large chips with Large Guacamole’s. They provided chips but no Guacamole. Tried calling store 3 times to reach customer service and it rang until it hung up each time. Seriously upset by the lack of care for being accurate with their customers, plus we tipped driver before finding out things were wrong with our order.

I made an order for pickup at 7:15. I did not receive my food until nearly 8:30. While I understand there can be delays, an hour and 15 minutes is unacceptable. To make matters worse there was minimal communication and no apologies. I recommend going to a different location.

Sloppy never fresh horrible experience every time. Food always cold they used to be better. Whenever I order delivery they ALWAYS forget something. That why you don’t hire kids to work for your company.

I ordered on door dash, the food was made and delivered pretty quick but clearly too quick, my bowl had random ingredients that I didn’t want, and I ordered a size of chip and guacamole but there was no guacamole, spent 20$ on dinner and it was cold on arrival, not to mention the rice and steak was totally flavorless, it is outrageous...

The consistency at this specific location is HORRIBLE. I order delivery all of the time and more often than not I need to complain. They constantly forget chips and salsa which is crazy as that is an easy last glance check that could be done. They also do not get orders right. The customer service through the app is okay although I'm definitely seeing that they refund other people more than. Example I've gotten many messed up bowls and they will send me one free bowl. If my boyfriend complains he gets two free bowls. When I am missing a bag of chips AND salsa I am refunded $3.00 whereas my boyfriend gets refunded $7.58 for one bag of chips only. Horrible service. I would NOT ever eat at this location if it wasnt the default location for free delivery. Save your money and your time for the inevitable complaint and drive a little further is my recommendation.
