I have never understood the hype over this place. There's essentially nothing on these subs and then when they forget lettuce and you call them on it, you're told there's nothing they can do. I'll just go to Subway next time I want a crappy sub.

Staff made us download the app for a free sub, app didn't work and although they admitted it was their fault, did not honor free sub and couldn't help us by suggesting what we could do. Someone else walked in and asked about the free sub and they just told her not to bother.

Honestly, the vito(with hots) is the best Italian sub I’ve ever had. Service is always super fast. I’ve never done take out orders or online orders so this review is for in store service and the Italian sub

Meh, I just don't get the hype. It took over 30 minutes for my online order to be ready for pickup and all I got was a measly "sorry for the wait" shrug. The sub itself was nothing to write home about. Honestly less than average. The bacon was the saddest excuse for microwave bacon I've ever laid eyes on and talk about skimpy...literally one piece broken on half on my 8" sandwich. I have no intention of ever going back, there are much better sandwich places I'd rather patronize.
