Placed a mobile order the other morning for a Greek Yogurt & Mixed Berry Parfait & Cherry Cheese Brittany which was a breeze. Placed my order through the app, parked in the new pick-up area. hit "I'm here" on the app and my order was out in less than 5 minutes- Quick & painless. Kudos to Panera for their quick mobile process. However my parfait was bad and I received a Blueberry Muffin. When ordering online it does say they can substitute but they typically tell you and they didn't in this case. Needless to say I was disappointed

Ordered online received the wrong order. Called the store to let them know they said my order would be ready when I arrived. When we arrived back to the Gambrills location they told us they could not find our order. We ended up leaving with no dinner. We couldn't even settle for the food that was the wrong order as I am a pescatarian and every thing in the wrong order had meat. The manager was extremely rude and even laughed at the error. When we escalated this matter to the corporate office there was no resolution. NEVER AGAIN

We we got here about 15 minutes before closing. It was empty inside except for a handful of employees. A couple of the outdoor tables had patrons seated there. Our food came quickly and we found a small table for two in a corner of the outdoor seating area. It was a pleasant evening to sit outside to eat. Food was fresh and delicious as usual.

I’ve always liked Panera and I need to give them a credit for opening indoor dining during the pandemic. I like how only half of the seating is available, so you are not too close to other customers. However, after my last visit it was clear they need more cleaning routines. My table was dirty when I arrived, indicating staff are not cleaning tables between guests. Until Panera can fix this issue, you may want to be cautious during your visit.

Very disappointed with My experience at this particular location. I frequent Panera often, and have visited this particular location more than once. My order is the same everytime. On this particular occasion I ordered two of the same exact sandwhich (turkey sandwhich substitute the deli turkey for oven roasted turkey and a Caesar salad). I checked my food in the car to discover there was no turkey on the sandwhiches at all--I assumed they missed the substitution note. I went in with my receipt and was given a container to add my own oven roasted turkey to the sandwhiches. I was happy I checked before leaving the parking lot. Unfortunately, when I got home I ate my salad only to discover instead of Caesar dressing I was given two "sweet" dressings. The store was very empty during the time I placed my order considering the pandemic--so I'm assuming just a lack of attention to detail because I've never been disappointed by this store before. Always check your orders everyone.

Love their salads but never give you enough dressing in my opinion! Tried the Mediterranean greek salad and it was really good but no dressing! Sure I can ask for more but why do I need to?
