Lyn our waitress was AWESOME! She was so happy and upbeat. My husband got the bourbon chicken with shrimp, he ate it all. I got chicken tenders, really good. Will go back again.Kid-friendliness: Our waitress was talking to most of the children in her area.

So my husband and I went to Applebee’s in Sanford, mind you we have eaten there many times before yesterday at around 3:30/4:00p.m. and I have to say it was the worst meal I have had there. My husband and I ordered our favorite drink the Perfect Margarita it was mediocre at best and WAY TO SOUR and very little if any tequila. Usually we can taste the tequila and it’s sweeter, but these were anything but perfect. We ordered two French onion soups the only thing that was good on that was the cheese, the “crouton” on top was mushy with very little to no onion. My husband had a classic cheese burger that was so salty, I ordered a southwest chicken bowl that was also mediocre. Needless to say they used to be soooo good and it seems that they are going down hill and it’s not just from this one experience they have been lackluster for a few meals now.

Place has definitely improved. My wife and I went in recently. Waitress was happy, and very attentive. That's a must for a Waitresses. Love the atmosphere and the local shots of sanford. Food came out 0retty quick and hot and tasted amazing. Prices have always been solid. Well doneParking: Many spots right in front.

When I got there, they told me the wait was going to be about 20 minutes, turns out only about 10 minutes. Our waitress was really nice. I ordered the shrimp chicken with mash potatoes. The food looked really good, but it had no flavor. I was very disappointed at the shrimp, anyway, it looked good, no flavor.Food: 3/5

Great place good food and exceptional service, ordered drinks not only once but a couple times for my wife and she didn't drink them all the way and they didn't charge us for them. Remember to always tip your waitresses they deserve it.Food: 5/5

Only place I know that when u call for take out they pit you on hold then hang up on you. This happens over and over! I know places get busy but straight up rude when u talk to person then they completely hang up! They obviously need to get more workers to be able handle the volume of customers.

I love the Applebee's waitstaff! I had Abby and she was wonderful, fun, and super nice! If there was a way you could request Abby Moore I fully recomend you do! 10/10 experience. The food is super yummy as well!

Applebee's cares about our Veterans.They show it by giving a free meal for them every year. And these are excellent meals.Both the Manager and the waitstaff are really wonderful at taking care of us and showing their appreciation.

Ordered here about an hour ago. I always check the food beforehand and I didn't have time because it was later than I expected and I had to pick my son up from daycare. I got home and we were missing quesadillas, french fries and my fish was an absolute joke. For $15.99 this is what you get. (Pic attached) I called the restaurant and they said they changed the fish and this is what you get now.The fish, chips for the spinach dip and the mozzarella sticks all tasted like bad grease. It was awful. I ate one bite of everything and threw it all out. My daughter said it tasted bad and ate cereal. Nice spending $60 to just turn around and eat something else.
