Waited 20 minutes to be seated in a nearly empty dining room, wait staff was pleasant, wait a while for our order, my wife ordered a well done steak. Received a nearly raw steak, sent it back. 20 minutes later they brought her a different raw steak. By this point my meal was finished. The manager did remove the steak from our bill, but overall bad experience.

Felt very rushed. We hadn't see our friends in a while and the waitress was really pushing us to hurry and order, we hadn't even had a chance to look at the menus. Food was AWFUL! First time every we didn't even take anything home, not even for the dogs, we left everything on the table. Soooo disappointed. We had a horrible experience the time before this with the manager being extremely rude - I think his name was Bob - to everyone in our group. We were celebrating another friend's 50th birthday. I used to love it here. We don't plan on going back for quite a while.

APPLEBEES IS HORRIBLE.. We ordered a well done steak get home and it’s bloody as hell. Fries are cold. My burger was raw onion rings over done. OVER THIS PLACE. Gave them a second and third chance to no avail.

Had to wait an hour for a table because the kitchen was behind I've never heard of such a thing it's unacceptable we could have atleast been seated and told there was a waitI have a 2 year old who was loosing his mind, I'm not impressed the food was atleast good

Usually this place is amazing, but the lobby isn’t full the bar isn’t full and waiting for ever for food and drinks seems to be the norm here now. Waitress was not very attentive, kept forgetting food and waited for ever for a drink that we eventually cancelled. Definitely disappointed with the service the past few times

Didn't even get a chance to order. The wait staff ignored us. We were seated by the tepid hostess... Didn't greet us, just asked "how many." She either forgot to inform the wait staff we were there, or they just ignored us... Either way we left after 30 minutes.Service: 1/5

Greeter at the door was very nice an pretty quick to get us to a table. The food was great like usual. Only thing the staff needs to work on is bussing tables. An food menu should be fixed.Kid-friendliness: It's deff a kid friendly place. Recramend it to everyone.

I went out with my family for dinner and the service was cheerful but super slow.The drinks were 1/2 to 45 minutes and I had to say something. When my brother showed up 15 minutes late he had his drink before my sister, lol.Then when they brought the food out I sat there for 5 to 7 minutes waiting for my food,unacceptable. I felt bad for my sister because she never gets mad and her night was ruined but still tried to have a good time.You guys need to pick it up ,your a corporation with structure.

I was really looking forward to french onion soup and a salad. They sent the manager to tell me that they were out of the soup. I chose a sandwich instead. As I was waiting for my meal...I watched a waitress deliver to another table...french onion soup!! Now the manager delivers my plate to my table and low and behold there's a small container on the plate for me to dip my sandwich in...is none other than french onion soup. The manager tells me that a truck just delivered to them lol on a Sunday at 4:30? Wow, just wow...by the time I choked down the sandwich (literally...it was tough meat to chew) I realized that I never got my Caesar salad, so I reminded the manager...it was delivered along with my bill ?♀️I won't be stopping by ever again.
