Consistently some of the worst food I've had but ONLY if you order food to go. Dining in is great. I just arrived at home with the coldest hardest fries I've ever received. I only live 5 minutes away so they didn't have to travel far. This is a constant thing when you order to go from the Brunswick location. I almost always just throw the fries away. My suggestion to everyone who goes here is to dine in if you want your food to be fresh.

I ordered 2 Bourbon Street Steaks meals with a side order of Garlic roasted green beans for Curbside pickup . As always , the steaks were perfectly done , the meals were delicious . And the waitress service was pretty quick and friendly . I was very satisfied.

We ordered our meal, my son asked for boneless hot wings the waitress asked if he wanted them SUPER hot my son said no when we got the meal my son couldn't even eat his dinner. I asked what kind they were and they said regular. I argued with the waitress knowing they were not. When it was time to check out the waitress printed up the receipt and looked at it before we could, she took it to the manager so I knew they messed up on my son's dinner. They came back and said "since you're son didn't like his meal we are going to take off 3.00" just own up to your mistake, my son has crohns and isn't supposed to have spicy food in the first place but just taking 1 bite just about killed him. The waitress was very rude would not listen to us I thought the customer is always right? Very disappointed won't go back!

Went for dinner. I ordered a soup and a burger with fries. Soup came out an as you can see from the pictures the bowel was half full and gave me 8 or 9 spoon fulls to eat. It was warm and over peppered. When i got down to the bottom of the bowel you could see all the black pepper that remained. The burger and fries over priced for 13 dollars, though was something to eat it was far from juicy and great. It was more of a fast food burger thrown together. Iv had hotter and juicier burgers at McDonalds and Burger king for half the price.I was starving since i hadn't eaten all day so it did hit the spot. Though if i had actually eaten lunch this burger would have been far from anything.The beat thing about being there was the waitress was Very nice and good at her job, though things were a little slow. But i believe that was due to the amount of people she was taking care of.

I get better service going threw a drive threw ..Waiter did not wanna be there u could tell did not check on us once after delivering the food as I sat it end of the table .French onion cold was half full.cheese was thrown in there .I had two orders of French onion and it was a joke .The won ton tacos ..tasted stale …idk why I went back I had problems in past .I live in knox county and Thomas Applebees has nailed it for sometime …I understand the cook is really to blame..but the waiter should look at that turn around and say something..

Went there Saturday, waited for ages for a table. No one acknowledged us, but at least 4 staff saw us from a distance as they moved around and didn't greet us. Waited about 10 minutes before we decided to leave. By the time we walked out, several other groups had built up behind us without any recognition. Finally, walked out as it appeared there was no intention to greet and seat customers but no indication of why. Went to the 99, was sat and served immediately with great service.
