it was nice the service was great. I ordered the roast beef and cheddar I believe that's what it was called, I'm just not an Arby's person but it was good.

No sodas, asked for a shake, wait no ice cream, went to get our order minus drinks since they had none, forgot to give us our fries!!! Will never stop at this Arbys location again!!!

Apparently a cup of water costs almost 2 dollars. They made a mistake on the ticket and i requested a refund and they wouldn't budge. I could even hear a word he said, nothing but mumbles. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time.
