Today around 3:25 i pulled in. I have yet to be able to place a order. I've been prompted to press the order button 3 times time. I would love for an team member at the minimum to at least come out and say it's a delay or whatever the case may be. This is way to long to be waiting. There have been vehicles leaving for the same exact reason. Love the food the service is usually great but idk about today!!!!

Very hit or miss, sometimes I feel like the workers don't care at all, I've had multiple times where I have gotten nugget sized chicken tenders or a chicken tender is missing. Then today they gave old fries and a burnt chicken sandwich (even the bun was burned). At least the slushies are good though

I recently visited Radcliff and decided to try out Sonic for the first time ever! Emma was my server and was amazing! Very friendly and fast! The food was delicious and well made too! Definitely can't wait to eat at Sonic again!

Morning routine consists of Sonic: 2 soft pretzel twist with signature cheese ice cold coffee French vanilla topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce! Under $6.00 AMAZING!Sonic is not appreciated the way it should be.Don't worry Sonic employees I love you!!?_ favorite dinner item chicken wrap!!

It's a hit or a miss. One day is great, fast and friendly and the other days it can take an hour to get in and out. I sat at a stall for 20 mins with the button on and finally called someone over just for them to tell me it was broken and to go to a different one. I drove to the other side and that one was broke as well. Finally when I got my order in it took 30 mins to get a chicken sandwich and a freaking slush....

I ordered online and it was recieved at 355. I checked in right after, only a few cars there. I had to ask 2x to get my order and didn't recieve it until 420 and it still wasn't completely right, they had to go back in and fix it. All I ordered was 2 sonic blasts and milkshake and a redbull slush. Extremely unacceptable.
