Arby's, 870 S College St in Harrodsburg

Keeping with tradition for Harrodsburg this has got to be the worst Arby's I have ever ate at. Bone in the meat. Or meat is so dried out its not fit for a dog.Food: 1/5

These kids are jail-bound if they haven’t been there already. They’re so rude and have been playing games with me on a regular basis. I’m a repeat customer. A regular. Glutton for punishment. They have me pull around to wait for “fresh fries” then after about 7-8 minutes bring a bag with either no fries or the wrong fries. They’ve done this 3 out of 4 times so I know it’s not an accident. If it is an accident then they’re so incompetent I’d rather it be on purpose for health reasons. It’s that heavy white girl and the tall goofy kid that works the window at night. I’ve always been nice in person. I know I’m being rude now, but only because I’ve been tried over and over. Tonight they even messed up a whole order. When confronted about it very politely they were snarky and couldn’t care less. Well guess what. I’m done. $25 for two people is too high to put up with this BS. Speaking of high, I’m pretty sure they are. It’s obvious when you interact with them you’re just messing with their buzz and it shows. Not going back. Will probably cost the store several hundred dollars a year considering I spend 25/35$ weekly or twice weekly sometimes. No special orders. No picky ordering behaviors or disrespect. Just a regular who orders 2 simple combos with cokes. So ridiculous. Now you have earned a disrespectful, non returning customer. 2 stars for the food I did get being just o.k.

Great food!! Friendly staff!! Just wish they'd bring back potato cakes!!

The lady in drive thru acted very snotty and rude to me was cussing in front of me and my four year little girl. She was short, skinny, she had dark hair. She slammed the window after snatching my money and basically shoved my food into my hand.

Sandwich was good, but the krinkle fries were soft. barely warm and not very good. They needed to cook longer.

They have great Ruben sandwiches, friendly staff!
