We got a 16pc extra crispy yesterday and half was old chicken and the other half was soggy. The amount of mashed potatoes in a large order are a disappointment. Usually we have a better experience at this location but yesterday was bad

Starlett is an evil human being. She doesn't follow food guidelines and leaves the mayonnaise out all day exposed to air and heat so it constantly is separating but they just shake it and serve it on the food.

We stopped by this KFC on our way home after a day enjoying the fall colors . The restaurant was clean and we were the only ones dinning in so it was nice and peaceful. The drive thru was busy. The food was hot and delicious. The staff was friendly. Two meals with chicken , biscuit , Two sides and drinks for under $20.00 great deal.
