AVOID THIS LOCATION!! they are short staffed so no indoor dining, which is not a deal breaker for me. So we went through the drive thru. The drive through speaker is broken so you have to go to the window to order. The man that served us was horribly rude. Took our order and said we don’t have Pepsi, so I asked what they had and he named off Pepsi products (they were just out of Pepsi cola). We order our drinks and hands them to me. There is NO ice. He never mentioned they didn’t have ice. Then when the food came, he nearly threw it at me. Personally I would just avoid that KFC. There are plenty of other places to eat around there.

Ordered a chicken bowl. Old chicken just chewy and once you get it chewed it just tasted like dust. However it’s the first time I’ve sat in the drive through and got to complete an order due to the wait time not being 50+ mins. Would rather wait and have fresh food.

KFC MICHIGAN CITY SUCKS! went through the drive through, had to wait 10 minutes to place the order, HAD A COUPON FOR $30, ORDERED, A 16 PIECE MEAL WITH 2 MASHED POTATOE AND GRAVY, 1 MAC & CHEESE AND 1 CORN, WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 5 MINUTES AND ASKED TO PULL UP WHICH I DID, AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES THE LADY CAME OUT AND HANDED ME THE ORDER WHICH I SCREWED UP ON AND DIDN'T CHECK, DROVE 30 MINUTES TO GET HOME, WHEN I GOT THERE I FIND I ONLY RECEIVED A 1

We went here, and had an issue with the order after we got home. They are very short staffed, and it was busy, so this is understandable, and realize that this can happen. Contacted the Manager LaToya the next day, and she was THE best in handling our issue. Very nice Lady, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the resolution when we left. Besides the food being great, (it was fresh, and hot, and delicious) the restaurant was pristine inside, (you literally could eat off of the floors) we will definitely be back in the future, based on the level of LaToya's professionalism, and understanding.

Very rude! I was picking food up for someone. When I pulled up he said something on the speaker (but it was distorted). So I continued to say my order and he rudely replied "I said one moment!" I was so taken back by the way he said it. I didnt hear him if he said it the first time (again the speaker was distorted). When I got to the window he had an attitude and seemed overwhelmed. I understand we're in a pandemic, staff is limited, people are quitting etc. But to treat ppl that way is the last thing you should do. Before I pulled off I tapped the window to get his attention. He was doing so much I figured he didnt see me. So I tapped on the window again and he turned around and again with an attitude gave me the "hold on!" Hand gesture as if I was bothering him. Listen customer service and customer satisfaction is not this man niche. If looked like he was possibly a manager. If so, he does not need to be in this line of work. We all are experiencing these uncertain times. I was picking food up for someone else. I definitely will never go to this location for myself. I will gladly go to the next available location. Be careful how you treat ppl! I can understand long waits, mixed up items, even wrong orders. But the way I was treated! That was really disappointing. Get a new manager or retrain his guy before he has a melt down.
