Food was NOT GOOD,and I had been craving it for a long time, also they were closed the day before by 630pm and was supposed to be open till 8 and that's already early!use to be good now everything is really dry, oh got there breakfast day before and there biscuits and sausage was so rubbery and chewy and was very dry. Normally don't post bad reviews, but I spent 32.00& we threw almost all our food away not even half eatin yet..what a waist of money both days we went!

Good, friendly, service. Especially for being short staffed. Our burgers were mediocre at best. The food quality has really deteriorated over the past couple of years.

You need to really update your business hours. So your customers don't waste time driving up there because you won't answer the phone. And then when I get there the cashier had no one in the lobby and only one person in drive thru and told me she would be right with me 5 minutes later and did the same thing to the person behind me and she had 5 cars waiting to place there orders. And then when I got my food the fries was so old they must have been there all day. And my sandwiches where hard as a rock I couldn't even eat it

It was a slow business afternoon, and a wiser, more experienced employee was patiently training a new worker. Service was efficient, and courteous. Hooray for sharing knowledge, and sharing kindness.

$8 each for a burnt hamburger with a stale bun with rotten lettuce and pickles. And cold very old fries. Paid over $27 for a bag of trash... completely inedible. Not to mention the very rude older man. This Hardee's has gone down the drain.. won't be wasting any more of our money there.

Wrong bun for this Chicken sandwich to sweet to start. No real taste. Very bland, even the pickle. Asked for onion rings but got really bad fries. Almost cold. I've had Hardee's at other locations that I've enjoyed.

RIP Martinsville Hardee's.Honestly, just close the doors already. The shelf life of this location has expired.The guy who has managed this location could careless about this establishment and the staff try but it's a lost cause.The food quality is going the way of bad to even worse and they don't even try to maintain the building. We know the revenue isn't there so they only stock part of their menu.I'll miss Hardee's because I remember over 35 years ago my mom bought me my first Big Boy sandwich called the Big Deluxe!I bet if they moved over near 69 they would survive but I think they have given up.Their food and restaurant quality makes it a place you should definitely avoid.
