I have had few good experiences at this kfc location. There are only 2 associates that do well with orders making sure you get everything and its done properly and all. Too many bad experiences for a higher rating. I waited for 30minutes in the drive thru tonight with 2 people in front of me eho didnt place their order by the time i drove off. The 4 vehicles that had ordered, were told to pull over and park in customer parking and theyd bring food to them. A few weeks ago we dealt with a rude manager about not getting all of our food in out bag either. Theyre always out of everything too or take forever to take your order. Prefer to go elsewhere!

Did an on line order. Said to pick up in 15 minutes, was not done when I got there. Had to cook some tenders and then 40 ish minutes after order was due I walked out. Then then did not even give me my sauces. ?

I ordered thru the drive though.I ordered a 5 dollar fill up and a pot pie. Got home, and found a hair inside the breading of my pot pie, and also never got my cookies. I have called the store 4 times before getting online. But no one answered the phone. I even tried to call the Lebanon store. No answer. Apparently no one cares enough to help.

EDIT: I spoke with a manager who was completely amazing on the phone with me. She had me bring back my order and is in the works of remaking my whole meal. She also noticed my small children in the back of the car & brought out a fruit punch for them. She went above and beyond to make this right. THANK YOU SO MUCH!This KFC is hit or miss. I'm a common customer because KFC is one of the few places that both of my children (and myself) love. When everything is fresh, it is fantastic. However, when it's not fresh -- like today, it is extremely bothersome. I paid $25 for food that has been sitting for who knows how long. The chicken is dryyyy. And the macaroni is burnt. $25 is not something I like to spend lightly on a meal for my family. So when everything is disgusting, it can really upset a regular customer. I even asked if it was fresh and I should have known better by the slight hesitant 'yes'.

I have to say this was the worst trip to a KFC I had ever had. Had to wait for 41 minutes for my order, no joke. Had ordered a $30 family box and a 24 hot wings. Should have been an easy order but wasn't. Never going back to this or another KFC again after this experience.

I stopped to get something to take with me to work to eat I ordered 2 chicken little sandwiches honey bbq and an individual order of coleslaw. But when I pulled the food out at work to eat neither of the sandwiches had bbq sauce on them and when I called to tell them all the lady on the phone said was thanks for letting me know next time I'll pay attention to who is making them and hung up.

Was in yesterday, did an online order, almost $50, said it would be ready in fifteen minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later. Come through the drive thru, was told I HAD to come in, so obviously they don’t offer contactless delivery, Waited another 15 minutes on my food while 1 worker worked on my order, 1 Worker played on her phone. The others were outside the whole time doing who knows what... only one other customer was there the whole time. Yet my order still wasn’t right. I was missing two sides and an order of fries.

Went there and waited in 90° weather for 25 min before we could place our order. There is no way to get out of line once you are there. Placed order and paid at the window. Was asked to pull up to the curve where another vehicle was already waiting. Was expected to pull back into the sun and wait. Overall waited 50 min by the time we received our food. Got home and the chicken had fallen out of the bottom of the box into the bag. No utensils or napkins. Food was terrible.
