A courtesy sign for your closure or turning the lights off would have been nice.

This location is clean, remodeled about a year ago, and is a huge improvement over the state it was in before. Quality of food is good, and the dining area is kept very clean. Service is rather slow, something that seems to be a problem at most Burger Kings. However, employees are always friendly and helpful. This location shares a parking lot with Jewel/Osco and a large strip mall with a wide variety of businesses, so it's a convenient place to stop for a meal or just a cup of coffee ( and the coffee is excellent).

if i could rate them 0 stars i definitely would. the manager was beyond rude. he has absolute NO customer service experience AT ALL. he said "i just work here". & when i asked for corporates number he kept repeating "google it" while laughing. i consitantly asked for his name & he continued to ignore it while laughing. he also refused for him or anyone else to take my fiancé's order. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. worst customer service experience i ever dealt with. how he became manager? i have no freaking idea.

Today I stopped at Burger King in Hickory Hills, Illinois about 10:15AM. Was going to get some food for my mother in law and I. Went to drive thru when the speaker went on . I gave my order.the woman kept talking on speaker but I couldn't make out what she said. Then the price of $5.40 came up. I assumed it was my charge. She never came back on speaker so I went around to the wk Dow. The wl.an opened the window, began yelling aye to go around again. I said the price came up. She asked what I ordered. I TD her and she said that wasn't the price for me and me to go around. I said I could wait. She closed the window on me. Next thing I noticed is she put her back to me, began speaking to someone and ignored me. She never opened the window again. I then left. She was probably having a bad day, but there was no need for her rudeness. I understand the Corona Virus is affecting everyone's livelihood and jobs, but this rudeness, because she's not happy at work, is her problem. It's not the problem of your customers. I was not rude or disrespectful and would expect the same treatment by your employee.

This particular day, Oct 27th, the gentleman working the drive-thru was so incredibly nice and has a phenomenal speaking voice as he interacts with all customers. I didn't catch his name and it's not on the receipt, but I hope this good review finds him well.
