These guys are great! Always so friendly and have never made a mistake on my order. I love the online order option and I love the contactless delivery. Also earning free pizza just by doing what I’d already do and order pizza is an added bonus!!

The worst customer service I have ever had! I called 3 times which I recorded and they hung up on me while I was sitting in the parking lot video taping them. I called back to make sure that I wasn’t hung up on again someone answered I explained my concerns with them and he asked if I had already ordered and he said “ well I don’t know why you just waisted my time.” and hung up on me. Then I called back to tell them I no longer wanted a pizza from them again and they answered and hung the phone up AGAIN! They just lost a pizza and a customer.

Love Like Rain
Tried ordering online and got told to call in. When I called in the guy was nice and professional at first but his coworkers were cussing and screaming in the background. He then told me the online ordering was probably cause of my phone. He then was not listening to me even though I had my mic very close to my mouth. Him and his team could do better than what I got.

I ordered a pickup on the superbowl. When I drove down to pocatello Dominos, they said my order wasn't there and I must have called the chubbuck one. So, I drove to chubbuck Dominos and nothing there. When I get in my truck my wife calls me and says that they delivered it. So, I go home and not only did I drive all around town to avoid a delivery charge in the first place but, they also got my order wrong. I called and they said they'd call back because it was superbowl and they were busy. Never got a call back. Finally I call later and they said that they have nothing on file about it and all they can do is give me my $4 charge back. Doesn't make up for me driving all around town on superbowl, the $10 tip that my wife gave (which I dont mind much but that's what I was avoiding in the first place), and the entire order they got wrong. I'm a regular customer and this isn't the first time they've messed up on me. Super disappointed in Dominos and wont be doing business with them again.

I really enjoy Domino's pizza but the locations in east Idaho have added charges not listed when ordering. Seams like everything on there menu is a "premium topping" and a extra dollar for each is demanded upon order. Have spoke with them a few times about this and the answer always is "that's local managements decision".
