The kid running the line needs to learn how to prepare the food better. This is how he wrapped our burritos. Chipotle is good, but presentation is everything. Even though the flavor is there, it was a mess to eat and fell apart.

second time i order from them and they don’t give me ANYTHING i asked for. A completely different order came. I ordered 3 orders of tacos and i just got 3 orders of a messy bowl w different ingredients tossed in and NO tortillas to AT LEAST make the tacos myself. Not ordering from them again.

I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from this location, ( it was the only thing I ate that day) Serving sizes are pretty big so I can make two meals out of one but I won't be going back to any chipotle, I'll stick to moes !

Customers come to you to get a meal. We trust that you take the same safety and care when preparing those meals as you would for yourself or your family. Today I witnessed manager and staff mishandle food. While wearing gloves the staff member (appears to be the manager) uses her phone for a minute, then moves to the cash register to print orders, then moves to the food assembly area to prep orders. Never once removing her gloves. Staff then come from the back wearing gloves (of course) carrying containers, places them down and proceeds to pick up tortillas and work the grill to prepare meals. NEVER ONCE CHANGING GLOVES. If you’re going to require your staff to wear gloves please teach them how to use it. This is not the time to get sloppy. YOU WILL MAKE PEOPLE SICK!!! Trust me I know. Thanks from an ER nurse!
