We love going out. Last night we arrived in this fine restaurant which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a lovely evening there with great cooking and a courteous crew and a great chief cook. We put this restaurant in our list and we shall definitely visit again very soon. We deeply recommend.

Past two orders (1 delivery and 1 takeout) have not gone well all. The first one was delivery. My order was completely wrong. No rice. Few pieces of chicken when I ordered double steak. Veggies that I didn’t ask for etc. went to customer service and got an email saying they would add a free entree to my account (after about a week of calling and emailing out of principle) yet it was never ordered. Now tonight. Did take out. Got double steak again and I got steak this time but I would t even call it a normal portion. Barely had any other toppings, it was all minimal. I used to get chipotle weekly but as of late they just aren’t meeting the usual standards they have which is unfortunate.

Manager "Miguel"needs training of how to treat customers specially when customer ordered thru Uber eats and they sent the wrong order ... Right label and wrong order we had to drive back to DeLand from Debary to return the wrong order and get it Right and no even a hi or Apologize for their mistake. Your employees needs more supervision specially when the order is for pick up.

ordered delivery. guacamole was old and forgot my kids drinks. when I called them they said they will send out the stuff for delivery and never showed up. there was chunks of cheese instead of shreds and it was just horrible altogether.

The world is in a global pandemic, & I am very appreciative of fast food workers. But when I am 15 weeks pregnant.. sorry not sorry I want my correct order. I placed my order through doordash because I am high risk of getting COVID-19 so I placed my order for delivery. Door dash delivers my order perfectly. I look at my bowl, it has the correct receipt on top of it. I open my bowl & it is 100% INCORRECT. I call CHIPOTLE to remake my food & send it out to me & they can’t because it’s through doordash.. or I can come pick it up, but that defeats the purpose of getting my food delivered... & now they’re telling me doordash has to refund me my order & not them. When it’s Chipotle’s fault to begin with. The workers that I dealt with tonight were extremely rude & I want my $20 back.

I received the wrong items today on my delivery order and I can't get a hold of anyone to save my life. I was charged for Guac that I didn't receive. What I did receive was a giant pile of gross corn that I didn't order.

Ordered a chicken bowl and steak burrito. Brought it home within 5 minutes and everything was cold. Very disappointing. Check your food temp... nobody wants a cold burrito!!! No time to go back to get it remade, should’ve been made HOT the first time.

What you would expect from a fast food place, unfortunately they advertise about being healthy and fresh products. This particular location chips are always stale. Yesterday went in they charged me for my side of Guacamole and I never got it nor do they give me my dressing for salad

Went here several times and the experience is alright. The only thing holding it back is the occasional slow employee. Beyond that, it's chipotle so you can expect good burritos at fair prices and the best guacamole in a fast casual Mexican restaurant. Oh and one time a woman had a lizard which was cool
