Arby's, 51171 Hwy 6 & 24 in Glenwood Springs

This is just your typical Arby's haha. Nothing specifically good or bad about this location which I guess ends up being a good thing. They did have quick service!Food: 4/5

I was on my way home from Christmas trip and spurred get fuel and good staff was exstremley welcoming and pleasant and good was hot and tasted great!Kid-friendliness: They have kid meals with smaller meals

Clean bathrooms and friendly service. Also there are plugs at most tables so you can charge your device while you eat.

Above average service. The food was good and the dining area clean.

Made a stop here on our way back to California after being offered coupons by the sweetest woman at the next pump over. I'm not usually big on Arby's but stopping for food while driving across country adds up and I was enticed by the opportunity to save a dollar. First thing I noticed was the almost empty lobby and the very small staffing group behind the counter. I probably stood by the counter for a solid 5 mins without acknowledgment, walked away for a minute and then tried again for a rest. It took a minute still but a really kind woman came to the counter and started our order. I asked for a small three piece dish strip meal and a four piece chicken nugget meal for my little. The woman was having difficulty locating the buttons on the screen and was completely thrown off when I gave her a coupon at the end. I genuinely think she's still pretty new but regardless she and I were patient with each other. The two meals ended up being a little over $18 even with a coupon. Very expensive for what we got but 'inflation' right?! My husband met me at a table and I told him that we had just placed an order but that I didn't order him anything since there are new options to choose from. Before he could head to the counter my order was ready and had a third meal on the tray. She had charged me twice for the 3 price fish strip. Oddly enough that was what my husband was going to try. It's funny how it all worked out perfectly. Everything was hot and fresh; the only down sides were the wait, tables were dirty and the beverage station was in dire need of replenishment along with the condiments. Overall we'd stop here again.

all 5 stars are for the girl working firver through window lately. she is super nice and never gets my order wrong.

The appearance of the people working at the drive through seemed unhygienic. Along with the attitude present in which the order taker openly expressed the dislike towards the drive through line that was behind me.

On a family trip, had to pull in for food for 7, awesome service, everything was on spot, Definitely the best service we've experienced in New Mexico!

Maybe the best roastbeef sandwich ever...and I've been to many Arbys.
