Confusion at the registers. Lots of customers and not enough people at the registers. We stepped up to the register and the cashier decided she was done helping up front. The other cashier just looked at us and called the next family in his line. I counted six people working behind the counter and one assisting customers. Extra long wait time for two shakes.

I’ve been randomly stopping here over 10yrs. I live in TUC and work a lot in PHX. The food is always consistent (GREAT) , employees (do change) but always great and they deserve shout outs for being in a rural area and able to continue to run a great place. Thank you for being my spot I look forward to eating at and ignore the negative reviews. This world is in a rush and expect fine wine service off beer budgets and if they actually paid attention that’s what you get here. Thank you staff for serving up great food!!

It was really interesting. The DQ itself was a normal DQ. Very clean and professional etc. But to get into the DQ we went through the other store that sold a lot of random things. Native nicknacks, guns, and such. Looked like one of the signs caught on fire and melted. That's just aesthetics though. It's right off 10 so super easy to get to.

Over 20 minutes to get our food. The employees making the ice cream items were on it. The 2 doofuses in the back needed assistance from the manager. They seemed to be doing 1 order at a time. I used to work fast food. You can cook burgers for multiple orders at the same time. Pretty sure that grill holds more than one burger. The lady sitting behind the cash register was a wee bit rude when I complained about the time it was taking. When we got out to the car I found out that my fries were missing. No way was I going back in. Also not one of the 6 employees was wearing a mask.

Stopped here for an ice cream treat. Service was good, ice cream good, but lobby needed cleaning. Not a clean table in the place. Good thing I carry Clorox wipes. You would think with the covid restrictions, clean tables would be a number 1 priority!

Pros: across the highway from Picacho Peak RV Resort, plenty of parking, yummy food and ice cream, friendly service. dining area clean and maintained. Cons: the DQ was very busy when we stopped in, the wait time for our food was 25 mins. the cost for 2 burger meals was $32.00 very $$$ for this area.

Don’t know why…..but I love this little Dairy Queen tucked inside a gift shop alongside I-10. Get a cone and enjoy the view of Picacho Peak across the highway. Always worth a stop for a treat.

Rude staff, awful food, cold coffee. You are forced to enter through the just as awful tourist trap gift shop. This is the only food option at this stop so they survive because of no compettion. If you don't need gas, keep going.

This DQ is my favorite on I-10 from LA to Houston. Always fresh food, clean facility, and great service. Makes the Blizzard your way.

My family’s visit was wonderful. The staff at Dairy Queen and the store that shared the building were very nice and welcoming, they even stayed late to serve us and with a smile! Alex the manager and Cian were exceptional! The lady that was there was great too. If I missed anyone I am sorry, no one was a disappointment. Great team there!
