ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS WAIT TIMES. 45 mins to get our order. First clue was the line was to the street AS IT ALWAYS IS, but I assumed it would be 20 mins at most. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. With the 6 people working inside it should NOT take this long!
Why is it when I'm reading the star reviews from the public on how badly they were treated, the only thing the DQ business manager keeps saying (like a broken record) we're sorry for your experience and we'll try to do better. But review after review people keep saying the same thing. I personally would like to know what your doing to improve your service for the customers. I personally haven't been there but after reading the reviews I know one thing for sure I won't be going there anytime soon.
We went on vacation through Wa. and Oregon. Stopped at 3 different DQs . They all put this one to shame!!!! The hamburgers were great and the Blizzards actually had some flavor and topping in them.
Well since we can’t go into the lobby due to COVID-19 we were going to walk through the drive through and they would not serve us. Disappointed and will never go back.
Went through the drive through. Fast, accurate, hot. Delicious.
Food was as expected and the employee at drive thru window was a delight!!
This place is the bomb! Love their milk shakes. Disappointed that there is no more smoothies.

Let's say I love dairy queerness and every time I find one I always check to find something new and this particular place is really good even it being in a gas station no one has Been to and I got a cotton candy blizzard it melted quickly but I don't blame them and I also like the fact it didn't spill. Magic
WOW!!! You guys suck!! I was there an hour ago to get some burgers, fries & slushies for me, my brother and his kid. I was assured that all of the food I had ordered was in the bag, but just before I exited the parking lot, I decided to check. And guess what? No fries, and there was one burger missing. I backed up, parked, and called the number on your Website. No answer. I tried 6 times in a row, but no human answered - just an automated response telling me you're not answering calls. Your doors are locked during operating hours because of the pandemic and I was not about to spend another 25-45 minutes in the drive-thru, so I left. When can I expect to receive a refund for the $4.00 + tax that I paid for food that I did not get?
