Surprisingly the one time out of the hundreds that I’ve gone to this Chick-fil-A I’ve had excellent customer service order was made correct, I've never had an issue, Until today I go and I order two Cobb salads a #3-12 count and aside five piece nugget, I get to the window and they screwed up the order somehow someway I got the two cobb salads and just nuggets didn’t get the #3 combo.

Why is the salt so inconsistent???Either you get fries that are dunked insult or they are naked. Most of the time it seems as if you’re getting a large order of salt with some fries. I have been hesitant to post this review, but after months and even complaining to the phone number for this location they obviously have other priorities than customer feedback.

I was just there a few minutes ago and you guys forgot my mayonnaise and my bread was burnt and you forgot my child’s 5 pc nuggets and I repeated my self at least 4 times. I’m disappointed cuz this was our dinner and I live too far to go back. So I had to eat my food even tho it was burnt and I had to share with my child cuz he didn’t get his food! I tried calling but could not get through!

Arguably the most miserable, unwelcoming and rude individual working the drive through window today. No welcome, no smile, no thank you but rather snark and rude remarks. Not only is that downright unacceptable but the manager standing directly behind him said not a thing. Our family is just one customer but you will continue to lose patrons by treating people the way you do. We will never return.

Chicken was juicy. No denying that. But very flavorful. We ordered in and got served like we were taking it to go. Prices are high. Fries were bland. No ketchup and you have guess how many packets of mustard/mayo you need. Soda refills have to go thru the register and if there's a libe forget it.

Milkshakes were really good. We got cookies and cream, strawberry and chocolate. The breakfast chicken biscuit sandwich was kinda dry. The wait wasn't that long. The lady that took our order was very patient and helpful with letting us know it might be a few minutes for the chicken sandwich.
