Fine. Dining room not too crowded which was good. Need to ask customers if they want just a chicken sandwich which comes with nothing or a deluxe. Big difference.

I love the people here. They are always great. But I prefer the one in Alabaster, because at this location they always forget the sauce and the hashbrowns and fries are ALWAYS mushy. It’s disappointing that Calera always pales in comparison to Alabaster.

What food we did get was hot and good. The staff are always pleasant, polite, and cheerful. However, they left out the chicken sandwich of one of our meals. This particular chick-fil-a seems to end up with more errors than any other we have ever visited. It was too late to return to pick it up and I wasn’t going to load all the kids back into the van…so I called and they agreed to put my name on the list and if I returned within two weeks, they would give me a sandwich. I was kind of shocked by the “within two weeks”, part. Seems like they’d be willing to replace the sandwich no matter when I return…but at least they offered.

We stopped here for lunch and although they were extremely busy, it was 100% worth it. The staff were fast and friendly and the food did not disappoint. The southwest salad packs a little heat but was absolutely delicious.

I don’t typically leave reviews for things.But man is it annoying to have visited this location 5 times now; very clearly asking for the new bbq sandwich.. with a FRIED filet…. Only to get receive my order with a grilled sandwich.I literally asked this time “could you pls make sure it’s fried, last few times I somehow ended up with grilled.” And still… still I end up with a grilled sandwich??. I’m also visiting on my luck break and never have time to go back through and get it corrected. So this is quite frustrating. Everything about this location is usually top notch. But pls… PLSS give me a fried filet on my bbq sandwich!????
