This subway is below average, hence the three star rating. I have been here many times, which is why it is getting three and not two. They have definitely been increasing their quality, and I will revise the star rating if it changes. It just seems like they can't keep competent employees that can make subs quick and properly. It is in a convenient location though.

As with other fast food places, management makes a difference. Management seems to have changed. I had decent experiences here before, but I’ve had a very poor experience here the past 4-5 times between them not accepting coupons that state they are valid here, burning the sandwich too long in the toaster, making a mobile order sandwich wrong, and all 2-4 employees working not being able to understand how to work the cash register even without a coupon, so it should not be complicated. There is only one employee who is nice and if he’s not there, it’s a very poor experience. Today they again tried to say I couldn’t use a coupon which was fully valid as long as it wasn’t with another coupon (which it was not) and they blamed it on the cash register instead of actually trying to use their brain and understand my point. I think at this point I’ll just wait for management to change again. At the rate that happens at fast food restaurants, it shouldn’t be long.
