terrible management the manager steals money from the store and the store is disgusting and unsanitary the team members are very friendly and nice but the supervisors and management are awful

Every time I try to give them another chance, they end up messing it up again. They have a sign in their drive-through advertising skim milk. When I ordered my coffee with skim milk yesterday there were no issues, supposedly. Today when I tried to order with skim milk, they informed me that they have never had skim milk at that location. So what did they give me yesterday? When I asked about this, they were rude and told me that I must have been given 2% the previous day. False advertising aside, giving someone something they didn’t order is beyond concerning. Do they do this with other items? I’ve given them several chances over the years, and they’ve always disappointed. Despite them being a mile from my house, I will never return.

I live very near this location, so you would think that I would go here often. You would be wrong. Over the years, I have given them several chances. Every single time they disappoint me. Today was the last straw. I will never be back. They have a sign advertising skim milk. When I ordered it yesterday, there were no issues. When I ordered it today, they told me that they had never had skim milk at this location. So what in the world did they give me yesterday? When I questioned what I was served the previous day, the worker became belligerent and told me it must've been 2% then. I question whether other items get switched without the customers knowledge. Decaf for regular? What about someone with allergies ordering something specific? Not to mention the false advertising regarding the sign for skim milk that was placed beside the drive-through speaker. I will just continue to drive 5 miles further to another establishment that is not Tim Hortons rather than go here ever again.

I got my usual dark roast today and Uugghh!! It just doesn't seem the same!! It was weak af!! Maybe they gave me regular on accident?

They messed up my order, again! I feel like it happens a lot. They have gotten slower than they used to be. They used to be right on point with accuracy. Not so much anymore. At least they have great sweet tea!!!
